Digital Leadership in the C-suite

Presented on 14 May 2015 at the LEF Executive Forum, Washington, USA.

In recent years, we have stressed that leadership and digital leadership are increasingly one and the same.  But most companies still feel that they have a digital leadership void.

Some are seeking to plug this gap by appointing a Chief Digital Officer although the scope and remit of a CDO can vary dramatically from one organization to the next.  With or without a CDO, it is clear that successful business leaders of the future will need to take responsibility for the success of key digital business initiatives.  Abdicating digital to others will soon become career-limiting.  In this closing session, Richard will present our latest research into what is really going on in the C-suite in terms of developing and executing ever more vital digital strategies.
